Shelley Lodge offers a comfortable and peaceful setting for a beachside holiday in sought-after New Brighton. Upstairs, the home features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens onto a covered verandah stretching the length of the house. Two bedrooms are located on this level, including the main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two singles, along with the main bathroom.

Downstairs, a separate studio provides additional accommodation and privacy, with two single beds and its own bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave and stove, while laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer make longer stays easy and convenient. Linen is provided, and Wi-Fi is available subject to local reliability.

One of Shelley Lodge's greatest attractions is its location.
